Now that everyone is back at home soaking in all their new free time in quarantine, ZTA wants to take a look back at all the memorable moments made during spring break 2020.

Many of our sisters spent spring break with their girl gangs in ZTA and created memories that would last a lifetime.

Favorite Memories:

"My favorite memory from this spring break is definitely the boat rides with Meg, Carli and Kelly. When we had down time we were chilling on a boat enjoying the water and holding on for dear life because of the waves. I won’t forget laughing but also screaming and almost crying with them when we thought we were going to get thrown off the boat at any second." -- Sophie Lane

"My favorite memory was just hanging out with everyone without being stressed and doing simple things like watching Tik Toks and laughing at dinner." --Linzy Crawford

"Our last night in the Bahamas was by far my favorite night. Instead of going to the club like all the other college kids, me and a bunch of the girls (Claire O’Brien, Mackenzi Mills, Linzy Crawford, Caitlin Powell) spent the night dancing and blasting music in our hotel room even though we all had early flights." --Brice Call

"My favorite part about Europe with Zetas was getting to see parts of the world I’d never seen with the people I’ll be friends with forever. If you’re wondering we did write VT ZTA on the walls that were covered in writing" --Hannah Luby

Why I travel with my sisters:

"I love traveling with my sisters because they are my best friends. We have so much fun together and I couldn’t make those memories with anyone else" --Cristina Dunnings

"Doing spring break with some of my best friends was insanely fun. While some of my favorite memories with my sisters are in Blacksburg at each other’s apartments or at the library, experiencing the Bahamas with these girls was so refreshing and has furthered my connection with my best friends and even some of the new members!" --Brice Call

"Traveling with girls in Zeta has created some of my favorite memories in college, whether it be on a random weekend, a break, or during summer. Some of my favorite times in college have been with zetas outside of Blacksburg!" -- Sophie Lane

SPRING BREAK: SENIOR EDITION

This year's graduating member class has had a memorable spring break nationwide. From California to Florida our seniors made sure their last spring break was one to remember. Many of these seniors have spent multiple spring breaks together and highly recommend to younger member classes to take total advantage of their time here at Virginia Tech in ZTA because it's gone before you know it.

"Ooo my favorite memory was enter sandman coming on on our river cruise and we all went crazy jumping and all the USC people around us were just confused. My sophomore year I went to Hilton Head with Meghan Owens and Megan Kelley, junior year to Miami with Cara and Haley Burnell, and senior year to Key West with Meghan, Megan, Cara, Maddy, Jamie, Cora, and Michelle. I recommend doing spring break together because it brings you closer together and gives you even more memories to have for a lifetime" --Kristen Lopez

"My favorite memory over spring break was going to Fat Tuesdays everyday with Jane, Leah, and Danielle. I loved getting to share my last spring break experience with some of my best friends. I am beyond thankful that I was able to spend one of my last college experiences in such a beautiful place with friends that will last a lifetime!" -- Anna Craig

"Last spring break I went on a cruise with about 15 other ZTA’s in my pledge class. We were all able to spend so much time together outside of being at school. It really gave me the opportunity to get to know my sisters even more." -- Cristina Dunnings

Spring Break has brought our sisters together and created bonds that will last a lifetime.
